This year's annual Department of Comparative Literature reception was held in the afternoon on Thursday, April 22, in the Hoagy Carmichael Room, Morrison Hall. The event saw the naming of this year's graduate and undergraduate award recipients and honored the retirement of two long-serving and highly valued faculty members, professors Ernest Bernhardt-Kabisch and Matei Calinescu .
